Eight Services, One Way of Pricing Them
Roofs in Tarrant County fail in a handful of predictable ways, and the right response is rarely the most expensive one. A cracked boot is not a replacement. A hail-bruised slope is not automatically a claim. Sorting which is which is the point of the first visit, and it is free. The eight services below cover everything our crews handle, from a single flashing repair on a Fairmount bungalow to a TPO recover on a commercial building off I-35W. Every one of them is quoted the same way: we walk the roof, photograph what we find, and hand you a written scope with each line priced on its own.

Roof Replacement
When a roof is past repair, the whole system comes off and a new one goes on, decking included where it has softened. You see the itemized scope and the material spec before a single shingle is stripped.

Roof Repair
Shingles, flashing, valleys, boots and decking addressed where the damage actually is, without touching what is still sound. The cheapest honest answer on this list, and often the correct one.

Storm & Hail Damage Roof Repair
Tarrant County takes hail most springs and the aftermath is where homeowners get taken advantage of. We assess, photograph, document properly and then repair or replace based on what the roof shows.

Roof Inspections
A written condition report with photographs, useful before a purchase, after a storm, or simply because the roof is getting older and you want a number to plan around. Free and no strings.

Roof Leak Repair
Water rarely enters where it appears. Tracing it back from the stain to the actual entry point is most of the job, and doing that properly is what separates a fix from a patch that fails next spring.

Metal Roofing
Standing seam and metal shingle systems for homeowners who want the longer service life and the wind and hail performance that comes with it. Panel gauge, finish and fastening are spelled out.

Commercial Roofing
Low-slope and flat systems for Fort Worth business property, including TPO, modified bitumen and restoration coatings. Sequenced around your operating hours.

Gutters & Downspouts
Seamless gutters sized to the roof area feeding them, guards where tree cover justifies them, and downspout runs that put water somewhere useful instead of against the slab.

The Same Three Things on Every Job
- 01
Free inspection with photographs
Our crew climbs it, shoots what is there, and hands you the images with a written summary. You get the report whether or not you hire us.
- 02
Every line priced separately
Tear-off, decking, underlayment, valley protection, drip edge, boots, ridge, disposal, permit. Each one carries its own number so you can compare scopes instead of guessing.

Repair recommended when repair is the answer
If the roof has life left in it we say so, even though the replacement is the bigger ticket. That is the reason most of our work arrives by referral.
Not Sure Which One You Need?
Describe what you are seeing and we will tell you which of these it is, or send someone out to look. Nothing about the inspection obligates you to anything afterwards.
